We now offer a revolutionary new membership that combines clinical urgent medical treatment into a convenient affordable solution. Clinical treatment may include upper respiratory infections, flu, strep throat, or other common ailments. Urgent care includes simple cuts, high fever, simple stitches, strains and sprains and uncomplicated fractures.

A large number of Emergency Room visits are for minor or clinical cases, but will wait for hours to see the physician. With your UC Membership you can receive help quickly for treatment of non-life threatening situations. You save Time and Money!

Membership Rates
For a low monthly rate of $37, Membership could not be easier. Just fill out and mail/fax your application. You will be eligible for treatment the 1st day of the following month. Each Member who visits the facility for treatment is only charged $10 per visit. See Full chart of Membership rates
